Storage-

Radishes & Hakurei Turnips-
Store with tops on in a plastic bag in the crisper drawer.  Radishes store for longer if you remove the tops.
Turnips-  Purple Top & Gold Ball
Store turnips in a plastic bag in the crisper drawer.
One of the first crops we harvest from the field in spring, crunchy delicious radishes!  Hakurei turnips are a sweet salad turnip we love to eat raw in salads and on sandwiches but they are extremely versatile.  Hakurei turnips are delicious roasted or braised too.
Best stored in a bag in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator.
