- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T grain mustard
- 3T apple cider vinegar
- 2t honey
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 bunch kale- destemmed and chopped
- 1/2 medium cabbage- chopped
- 2 carrots- grated
- 1/4 c. parsley- chopped
- 2 T chopped fresh onion
- 2-4 T sunflower seeds
